It's A Bowling Trip!

2^nd Quarter CARE Activity 7-O Team

We are planning our 2^nd quarter CARE activity which will reward students for outstanding performance academically and behaviorally throughout 2^nd quarter. 

Any student who may not be eligible will meet with teachers this week to create a contract.  If payment is made and a student does not complete the contract, payment will be refunded.

THE DATE FOR THIS EVENT IS FRIDAY, JANUARY 30^th!

Please return this permission slip and payment by Thursday, January 29th.  

Sorry, no phone calls will be accepted, the completed permission slip must be returned for you to participate in the party!

Reward Party Cost: $10.00

Students will be given time to eat a bag lunch at school and/or

food will also be available for purchase at Ten Pin Alley.

Please make checks payable to Oregon Middle School

If you wish to donate additional funds to help those students who need financial assistance please just add any additional funds to the total of your package.
