Penny Wars Starts Tomorrow

The PBIS Student Club is introducing adopt an animal Penny Wars starting Tomorrow and Ending on Wednesday, June 1st  (from Wednesday to Wednesday).

What are Penny Wars?
-Penny Wars is a game to be completed between 70, 7M, 80, and 8M. The object is to get as many points as possible during the "war." The money raised during the penny war will be donated to adopt an animal.

-The winning team will pick what animal that money is donated towards and will receive a stuffed animal of that animal. Examples of possible animals to adopt are: the Red wolf, tiger, Rhino, shark, tiger, panther Fit fox, dolphin, whale, and many more.

How to play Penny Wars:
-Students and staff put their pennies in their own class’ container. One point is received for every penny in the container.
-Students and staff will then put silver coins and paper currency into the containers of OTHER team’s. Each silver coin or bill reduces the number of points from that container by the amount of the coin. (for example. a nickel reduces the points by five, a dime by ten, a dollar by 100, etc...)
-The containers are located in Refocus, students can put money into the containers from from when the gate opens in the morning until the first hour bell rings, during study halls, at lunch, and after school.

-If you have any additional questions, please ask Ms. Cox or Ms. Ganser in Refocus.
