With the new year, it's a good time to sort through school supplies, replenish those that need it (especially pencils and tattered folders) and get a 'fresh' start. Please also check IC with your child to continue to monitor progress. There are 2 weeks left in the quarter, which ends January 21st.
February and March are typically months where we see students get behind on work as our expectations rise. We are also gradually releasing our support in order to help them develop better self advocacy, time management, and self- monitoring. We will continue to create opportunities for students to advocate for themselves.
